We are Petra and Maikel. Moving to Spain and living in Spain has been our dream for 25 years. By having our own company in the Netherlands, a busy and fun social life, family, friends, but especially our 2 fantastic sons, we have always postponed it.

Until we sold the company in the Netherlands in 2017 and Petra's father, who had a holiday rental company in Spain, wanted to retire and everything fell into place. We then took over Ka-Re Costa Blanca Holiday Homes and started renting out about 60 homes from owners.

Partly because of the experiences of tenants, we wanted to rent out casitas in our own way. We found a beautiful finca on the edge of the nice and lively coastal village of Santa Pola, situated on a unique piece of land. Here we converted an old stable into a beautiful casita and created a hotel suite to let our guests experience and live the Spanish life.
